ADDITIVES FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN WINTER CNDITIONS
   

► ADDITIVES FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

• BETONING
PROTECTION FOR FRESH CONCRETE
BETONING prevents loss of water from fresh laid concrete (dehydrating), which occurs on warm and hot days, and its negative effect appears during ripening of over-tensed concrete elements of large surfaces (constructions of overpasses, bridges, large workshops, roads, runways, etc.).
BETONING should be applied evenly on the whole surface as soon as the water evaporates (e.i. when it is removed from the cast). By making a thin layer on the surface it closes all pores and prevents sudden evaporation of water from the concrete.

The mentioned layer is made of special bitumen and additives.
Consumption: 0.15-0.20 kg/m depending on the porosity and roughness of
the surface.
 
• POLY - SN - VEZA
LIQUID ADDITIVE FOR ENHANCEMENT OF ADHESION BETWEEN OLD AND NEW MORTAR (PLASTER)
POLY – SN – VEZA is a dispersion of synthetical bitumen, milky fluid.
For enhanced adhesion, treatability and toughness of concrete or cement mortar.
It can be used with all normal Portland cements.
Applied POLY – SN – VEZA: making of connective layers, thin layers of estrih, evening of the concrete surfaces, filling of cracks.
Installation of POLY – SN – VEZA: the surface has to be clean, moist and
compact: a) PENETRATION OF EXISTING SURFACE: POLY – SN – VEZA is diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and is then mixed with cement. The cement milk is rubbed into the surface using a hard brush.
Treated are only surfaces which can be covered in the next 30 minutes.
POLY – SN – VEZA WITH MORTAR.

a) POLY-SN-VEZA is applied in one treatment onto the penetrating surface and should be pressed. Applied layer is looked after for 3-5 days by usual methods, and is saved from mechanical load for 5-7 days.
Consumption: a) PENETRATION (0.15 kg/m)

b) POLY-SN-VEZA MORTAR (0.2 kg/m)
 
• POLY - HIDROPOL
Making of water resistant concrete: POLY-HIDROPOL is a liquid additive which is added while making water resistant concrete for different uses, which are also resistant to freezing and aggressive water influences.
Dosing: 1% of the mass of cement. Additive is added to the water for making of concrete or directly into the mixer, when added more it slows down binding of concrete. It plasticizes concrete.

Making of water resistant cement mortar: POLY-HIDROPOL is a liquid additive which is used in making all kinds of water resistant cement mortar.
Dosing: POLY-HIDROPOL is mixed with water in ratio 1:1 1:3, the sand must be clean (not crushed) with grain size of 0-4 mm.
Mortar for hydro-isolation should be applied in 2-4 cm thickness.

BETONFRIZ
CONCRET ADDITIVE FOR LAYING CONCRETE ON LOW TEMERTURES
WITH ANTI-CORROSION ADDITIVE


BETONFRIZ is a concrete additive for laying concrete during the winter.
- it fastens binding and enhances starting and ending toughness
of concrete
- lowers the freezing point of water
- plasticizes concrete mixture
- it satisfies all conditions of preventing harmfulness to armature
(anti-corrosive)
BETONFRIZ enables laying of concrete on low temperatures (to -10ºC) and
installing of cement mortar (to -5ºC).
It is used only with Portland cement. It does not work with lime-mortar.
BETONFRIZ is added to water for making concrete.
It can also be added directly into the concrete mixer, but after
adding the water.
Installed concrete with addition of BETONFRIZ must be protected from sudden
freezing under -10 ºC.
BETONFRIZ is added in quantity of 2-4% of the weight of cement.

• MORTFRIZ
ADDITIVE TO MORTAR FOR WORK ON LOW TEMPERATURES

MORTFRIZ is an additive to mortar for working in winter conditions.
MORTFRIZ enables work on low temperatures (to -5º).
MORTFRIZ is added in amount of 3.5-5% to the mass of binder. (100 l of
material, 3.5-5 dcl of MORTFRIZ)
The temperature of applied mortar must not be under +5ºC.
MORTFRIZ helps working in winter conditions. And at the same time technology
of winter works should be applied (warm water, greater amount of lime and
cement).
Shelf-life not limited if kept in original package.
 
►PROTECTION OF FORMS IN CONSTRUCTION
• POLY - OPLATIN
COATING FOR FORMS (FORM OIL)
POLY-OPLATIN is a one-component fluid based on mineral oils and special emulsions.
Applying it to the form, it makes a stable layer between the form and concrete or cement, and is preventing contact between the form and the concrete.
POLY-OPLATIN does not mix with concrete components and it does not leave any traces on the concrete.
POLY-OPLATIN is used with forms made out of wood, panel, metal, polyester etc. it is easy to remove from concrete, and leaves untouched and nice concrete surfaces.
POLY-OPLATIN is applied with a brush, roller or a sprinkler. It should be done for each lying of concrete separately.
Consumption: depend on the material of the form it
 
• EKO - OPLATIN
PROTECTIVE EMULSION FOR ALUMINUM AND METAL FORMS
EKO-OPLATIN is an emulsion based on additives and wax, emulated in water.
Especially suitable for aluminum and metal forms in the making of vibrationconcrete
elements.
It does not erode silicone joints.
EKO-OPLATIN is applied manually with a cloth, brush or sprinkle in a thin layer.
Mix before usage,
Consumption depends on smoothness of the form, 0.015-0.025 kg/m.
Shelf-life not limited if kept in original package.
 
► ADDITIVES FOR CONSTRUCTION PLASTIC-COATINGS
BETONPLAST
LIQUID ADDITIV, PLASTICIZES CONCRETE
BETONPLAST is a liquid additive for concrete of dark brown color based on additives anddoes not contain CHLORIDES.
BETONPLAST makes improves the plasticity of the concrete, which makes it easier to complete the space of the form with concrete, which is especially important with more demanding forms (with lots of details no matter of the density of armature).
BETONPLAST increases final density through chemical reactions, without reduction of water.
BETONPLAST postpones the beginning of concrete binding, which makes prolonged installation as well as transport to far construction sites easier.
Dosing: 0.2-0.4% of the mass of cement.
If you follow the dosing instructions and in normal temperatures, BETONPLAST postpones installation time for 2 to 4 hours.
At higher temperatures the dosing must be higher.
 
SUPER BETONPLAST
SUPER PLASTIC-COATING
LIQUID ADDITIV, PLASTICIZES CONCRETE


SUPER BETONPLAST is a liquid additive to concrete made from synthetic bitumen which does not contain chlorides.
With the purpose of better concrete quality, increases toughness, water-proofing, reduces water-cement factor, increases installation, enables longer transport and increases resistance to freezing.

The economy of SUPER BETONPLAST is great, because it enables easier
 
► WATER-PROOFING AND OUTER PROTECTION OF WOOD
• DRVOPOL
WATER-PROOFING AND OUTER PROTECTION OF WOOD

DRVOPLO is an emulsion based on polymers, silicates and additives, which protect wood of aggressive weathering factors and microorganisms.
It improves water-proofing, is not flammable and reduces bending.
Surfaces coated with DRVOPOL do not need primer before painting.
- it is applied with a brush or is sunk in DRVOPOL
- it is diluted in ratio 1:3 (DRVOPOL : water)
- it is not flammable
- wash the tools after usage
 
FRONTOPOL
PROTECTIVE COATING FOR LOGS, BUILDING MATERIALS AND FORMS

FRONTOPOL is made on base of synthetic bitumen, additives and adequate fillers.
It is not poisonous and is environment friendly.

FRONTOPOL is used for protection of logs, building materials…
It creates an elastic layer, which prevents prompt drying, cracking and smothering.

FRONTPOL is diluted with water.
It is applied with a brush, sprinkler or by sinking into it.
 
POLYCID
INSECTICIDE AND MOLD PREVENTION ON WOOD

POLYCID is an insecticide and it prevent from making of mold in the wood and things made of wood (furniture, panels…).
It is applied with a brush, sprinkler and injection into worm-holes.
Consumption depends on absorbance and damage of wood.

SOLAR and CENTRAL


FLUID FOR HEAT TRANSMISSION IN SYSTEMS WITH LOW FREEZING POINT

Recommended for:
- food industry
- solar systems
- air-conditioners
- central heating etc.
According to the Health Care Act of the Republic of Croatia (NN 53/91)
in cooling systems of food industry only non-toxic, environment friendly
coolants are allowed.
EKOFRIZ-EKOTERM possesses those properties.
It is used in breweries, diary plants, sugar mills; meat plants refrigeration
plants, industrial food production, etc.
 
SOLAR SYSTEMS AND AIR-CONDITIONERS

In large capacity solar systems (hotels and industry) as well as in smaller
systems (households etc.)an non-toxic and environment friendly fluid for
heat transmission is prescribed, not to harm people if a pipe blows.

CENTRAL HEATING
EKOFRIZ-EKOTERM is also used as heat transmission fluid in different central heating systems.
If necessary, we do complete engineering and phases of works, as well as full work.

- transport of coolant (barrels, tank)
