PODOLIT XS
self-levelling floor (floor coating) with thickness of approx. 3-5 mm for protection and decoration of concrete floors in workshops, industrial plants, food industry, garage stations, warehouses, garages, exibition rooms, laboratories, public objects

Application:
PODOLIT XS is a special 2-component self-leveling floor (floor coating) designed on the basis of polyurethane or epoxi resins, additives, mechanically firm fillers, pigments sustaining lights and it is used for protection and decoration of concrete floor surfaces in rooms with very demanding use conditions and high mechanical load, where work is conducted with chemically agressive substances, oil derivatives, engine lubricants, gasoline, solvents, acids and alkali, detergents, disinfectants.
It can be cleaned and washed under preassure of 150 bar and is completely waterproof.

PODOLIT XS TOP-COD is applied in extreme use conditions creating special glazed layer which is more resistant to the stated characteristics.

Surface preparation:
PODOLIT XS is smeared over firm, dry, greaseless, dustless concrete surface or glaze.
Make sure cement remains are removed from the surface.

Application:
PODOLIT XS is applied with special smootheners with thickness up till 3mm, and with a special roller for leveling the surface and enabling trapped air bubbles leave the mass. Special shoes are used for walking on freshly intregrated PODOLIT XS.
PODOLIT XS PRAIMER is applied before PODOLIT XS.

PODOLIT XS is applied in one layer of up till 3 mm. If the surface is very porous and rough PODOLIT XS is applied in two layers. First layer is for smoothing the surface and closing pores, thus blocking air from entering from concrete coating into the unbinded layer. PODOLIT XS is prepared directly prior to its application. Component B is first mixed in component A, and then they are stirred. Special mixer is used for it. Directly after the application tooles are washed with PODOLIT XS SOLVENT.

PODOLIT XS is delivered in gray or red color. Special shade or a color from RAL ton chart can be delivered, according to customers wishes.

Working conditions:
PODOLIT XS is flamable. Work is to be conducted in airy rooms. Usual protection equipment is to be used during work.
PODOLIT XS is applied at temperature between +10ºC and +35ºC. Temperature between +15ºC and + 30ºC is recommended.

Consumption:
Quantity of PODOLIT XS depends on smoothness and porosity of the surface. It ranges between 2,1 – 4,1 kg/m² for thickness of up till 3 mm.
