PODOLIT PP
anti dust coating for protection and decoration of concrete floors in workshops,warehouses, industrial plants, garage stations, garages
Application:
PODOLIT PP is anti dust coating designed on the basis of synthetic resins and additives dissolved in organic solvents, mechanically firm fillers, pigments sustaining lights and it is used for protection and decoration of concrete floor surfaces.
Surface preparation:
PODOLIT PP is smeared over firm, dry, greaseless, dustless concrete surface or glaze. Make sure cement remains are removed from the surface.
Application:
PODOLIT PP is applied with roller, brush or syringe. Before application of PODOLIT PP it is necessary to apply PODOLIT PP PRAJMER.
PODOLIT PP is applied in two layers appropriately diluted in accordance with working conditions (temperature and moisture). The first layer is more diluted due to deeper penetration into the surface.
It is diluted with PODOLIT SOLVENT.
PODOLIT PP is delivered in gray color. It is possible to provide it in a special shade, according to customers’ wishes.
Working conditions:
PODOLIT PP is flammable. Work is to be conducted in airy rooms. Usual protection equipment is to be used during work.
PODOLIT PP is applied at temperature between +10ºC and +35ºC. Temperature between +15ºC and + 30ºC is recommended.
Consumption:
Quantity of PODOLIT PP depends on smoothness and porosity of the surface.
It ranges between 0,35 – 0,45 l/m² (2,5 – 3,5 m²/l) in two layers.
Packaging:
PODOLIT XP is delivered in metal packaging.
Storage:
In original packaging in dry and airy space, protected from the sun and direct source of heat. Product is to be kept away from children.
Lifetime:
12 months if properly stored in its original packaging.
Time of application:
Time interval between the applications of two layers is 16-24 h, depending on temperature and moisture. |
