PODOLIT EM PLASTER
It is applied by itself or in floor coating systems in:
metal – processing industry food industry, refrigerated warehouses and vehicles, pharmaceutical industry, workshops, spaces with heavy traffic, runways, other surfaces under high pressure
Application:
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is a special 2-component epoxy binder with which, and with the third component “PODOLIT EM FILLER”, epoxy-synthetic plaster is prepared. It is available in nature and color variant.
Epoxy plaster from PODOLIT EM owns very high mechanical characteristics and chemical resistance.
It is prepared as protective floor coating in very severe exploitation conditions, and as plaster for repairing concrete indoor and outdoor surfaces.
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is integrated in polished and dustless concrete surface impregnated with PODOLIT EM PRAIMER or PODOLIT EM binder.
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is prepared by mixing PODOLIT EM binding components A and B in weight ratio 2:1. PODOLIT EM FILLER is then mixed in ratio of 6-8 weight parts of PODOLIT EM FILLER to 1 (one) weight part of binder.
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is prepared in a special mixer and is applied with a metal or plastic smoothener into marked fields.
Working conditions:
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is flammable. Work is to be conducted in airy rooms. Usual protection equipment is to be used during work.
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is applied at temperature between +10ºC and +35ºC. Temperature between +15ºC and + 30ºC is recommended.
Consumption:
PODOLIT EM BINDER = 3 kg/m² (for layer thickness of 10 mm)
PODOLIT EM FILLER = 18-24 kg/m² (for layer thickness of 10 mm)
Packaging:
PODOLIT EM PLASTER is delivered in metal packaging.
